Paid placements are annual advertising purchases tied to one position, service and municipality.

Cancellation

You may cancel future automatic renewal. Your existing placement remains active through the end of the paid term unless removed for a terms, legal or credential violation.

All sales final after publication

Once an accepted placement is published, there are no prorated refunds because you changed your mind, did not receive the amount of business you hoped for, stopped operating or decided you wanted a different town or service.

When we may refund

If KnowAGuyNJ cannot publish a paid placement because of our own duplicate sale, technical error, or a legal/compliance issue found before publication, we may void or refund that affected transaction.

Failed renewal

Failed renewal payments receive a seven-day grace period. If payment is still not completed, the listing may come down and the position may be offered to somebody else.
